How to use vacuum packaging machine

Vacuum packaging machine can finish the whole programs of vacuum extraction, gas injection (if have),sealing, cooling and exhaust automatically.
The working processes are as follow:
1. Connected to electrical power.
2. Put the packaging items into the vacuum chamber. After the operator light is on and then close the lid. The vacuum pump will work based on pre-set of vacuum, and then into the seal ( or inflatable) stage.
3. Heat sealing process begins.This process can not only make a better seal package, but also can be sterilized.
4. The last step is to wait for cooling. Once the cooling set light goes out, the end of the vacuum work.
