One of my customers complains that the sealing part is burned or air leak when they are working with packages 10kg bags. But the problem disappears when packages <5kg.
Checking for many times, I find the key reason.
This customer purchased our deepen chamber vacuum packing machine and he is used to pack powder in big bags. Our air extraction part (red circle in picture C) is located at the bottom of the chamber and big bags will easily to occlude this part. Once the air extraction part is occluded, the bad sealing occurred. This bad sealing will cause air leak (picture A) or the sealing part is more likely to be burned (picture B).
So the solution is that you can use a U-shape board to keep packages away from the air extraction part.
