Some customers told me their sealing bar is burned after testing the vacuum packer. After communication, I find the main reason is the wrong set of sealing time.
Usually, if the machine is assembled with the flat strip, the sealing time can be set to 2 seconds.
If assembled with M-shape strip, the sealing time can be shorter, i.e. 1.5-1.6 seconds.
